This proposal aims to establish a new Treasury wallet managed by three Prime Development
Foundation and two Prime Stewards to execute transactions confirmed by PrimeDAO through its
governance. As the funds of the initial treasury are nearly depleted, this new Treasury wallet will
be funded with a first tranche ($250K) of Seed Round funding.
