I represent Stacker Ventures, an early PrimeDAO investor, and I’m sharing a proposal below that has been drafted together with Luuk.
TL;DR: Stacker Ventures invested through its Fund 1 into PrimeDAO and the two groups are now looking to strengthen that partnership plus reduce Stacker’s $D2D vesting by one year. This will mean a full unlock in October 2022.
