This proposal is created for Curve Labs contribution to Cycle #13 including the month of October

We have budgeted 5.25 FTEs monthly.
There are 4 separate primary objectives that Curve Labs aims to address for this cycle:
- Providing product maintenance and technical support for Prime Deals
- Deploying Prime Launch Seed V1 and V2 on Celo, ensuring the functionality of Seed module on Celo, as well as leading product and documentation maintenance.
- Continuous support for the Proposal Inverter UX/UI.
- Play a supporting role in the ecosystem strategy.
In order to support these tasks, we will be providing support with:
- PM: 1 FTE
- Front-End Engineers: 3 FTE
- Back-End Engineers: 0.75 FTE
- UX/QA: 0.5 FTE
